About Us
All Occasions Event Rental began in 1979 with the purchase of Sharonville Rental Center, a tool and equipment rental company. In 1984, the party rental division was added. Stores operated at various locations, and in 1990, were combined into a 44,000 square-foot, five-acre headquarters location in Evendale, Ohio.
The company has evolved into a full-service event rental company, with the year 2005 marking our 26th anniversary offering a full-array of rental items and décor, tenting and canopies, floral and event design, as well as the largest selection of specialty linens in the tri-state area. All Occasions stays ahead of trends in the rental and special event industry, continually adding inventory and specialty items. Our longtime event professionals (95% with 10 or more years’ service) stay abreast of industry advancements with continuing education and attendance at national industry conventions. All Occasions is focused on offering customers top-quality rental products, while providing the best in customer service.
Among our unique contributions to the event rental industry is our 24x7 help desk. An expert is always available to serve our clientele, in the event of an emergency or last-minute change. More importantly, management and consulting staff are cross-trained in sales, consulting, order entry, and dispatch. When a client contacts our office, anyone can answer questions, make delivery changes, give price quotes, and add items to existing contracts.
All Occasions Event Rental is recognized nationally as having the highest number of Certified Event Rental Professionals (CERP) of any other rental company in the United States and Canada, with nearly 100% participation among its management and consulting staff. This rigorous training program requires completion of three in-depth courses, plus examinations, essays, and accumulation of qualifying points, which takes a minimum of one year. CERP-designated individuals are considered experts in the event rental industry. Our event rental professionals are also active in the International Special Events Society (ISES) and the Greater Cincinnati Tourism Council, maintaining business contacts with event planners and specialists in the tri-state area.

Rates
All rates are quoted based on a one-day event. Weekends are considered a one-day rental. Call for long term rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.Payment
A deposit using a major credit card is required when making a reservation. The balance will be charged to a credit card before delivery. Customers picking up items must have a valid driver's license. Early planning ensures product availability.Damage Waiver (optional)
Damage Waiver is offered to relieve the renter of liability for accidental damage to rented items. It is available for 10% of the rental amount. Damage waiver is non-refundable.Additional Information
Food service pieces must be returned rinsed food free or a cleaning fee will be charged. Fee is 25% of the rental cost of those items. The cleaning fee applies to concession machines, grills, and stoves also.The cost of missing items will be charged to the customer. If items are found and returned credit will be issued.
There are no refunds on unused items.
